Anticipated for close to 20 years, this massive project – 500 new homes – has begun to take shape in the heart of Tremblant, near Étoile du Matin and the Casino de Mont-Tremblant. As announced by developer Brivia Group in September 2022, the first two phases will boast a private ski lift, a ski slope and 79 high-end units. Delivery of the first two phases is scheduled for the spring of 2024.
I was awestruck and impressed at the development’s inauguration by the scale of the development and the attention to detail shown by the developer and property partner.
As a new member of the Versants Mont-Tremblantteam, I had the opportunity to attend the launch. Being a platinum broker, our team was given a preview of the project model at the Presentation Centre in Tremblant. The project features 15 homes, 36 condo units and 28 townhouses for a total of 79 units. After the presentation on that beautiful fall day, we took the Casino gondola to the site.
Brivia Group and Immobilier Baker invited us to bring clients to the Presentation Centre, where we watched a presentation on interactive screens before heading to the construction site. Walking around with clients and seeing the work in progress helped us visualize the end result. In September, we could already see the sewage system, the road, and the new ski slope taking shape. You can tell this is not Brivia’s first launch; it captivated everyone in attendance. These initial phases were met with such enthusiasm that all units have been snapped up. Potential buyers are 
now on a waiting list until a unit becomes available.
Tranquility, nature and the great outdoors: four words that sum up these new builds. Each property was designed to fit the topography of the mountain and allow for maximum natural light. Future owners or tenants will take advantage of ski-in/out access with the new private ski run, which will lead directly to the Versant Soleil lift. Owners in this development, like those in the resort’s other developments, will enjoy Club des Montagnards privileges. The first owners will have exclusive access to the Ligne Express and first tracks with the purchase of a season pass. Phase 3 to 5 will add 421 units, a gym, a pool and a hot tub to the amenities. As a new agent in the Mont-Tremblant area, I learned a great deal from this hugely successful launch.
Being involved in a development of this magnitude so early in my career is an incredible opportunity. Through teamwork, a diligent plan, solid communications and the excellent relationship we forged with the listing agency, Immobilier Baker, we were able to instill confidence in our clients and confirm that we were the best to accompany them through the acquisition process.
