Versant Soleil is undergoing a major overhaul with several new developments expanding the range of properties available for alpine touring-in/out. Étoile du Matin and Forêt Blanche were the first, but the choice has grown considerably. Ostrya has condos with garage and elevator; L’Hymne des Trembles features three property types – single family homes (along with Forêt Blanche, the only ski-in/out standalone homes in Tremblant); townhouses and condos with their own ski lifts; and Éclipse, an enclave of upscale townhouses.
The sector will also boast Club Med, which is scheduled to open in December 2028. This diverse range of properties – condos, townhouses, single family homes – will attract different types of buyers to the alpine touring-in/out lifestyle.
