Pascale Janson

Co-founder of the agency with her father, Étienne, in 2003, Pascale is a clear case of “what you see is what you get!” Though she loves to surprise people with thoughtful little gestures, when it comes to business, she makes sure there are no surprises. The mother of two boys, her family and her third baby – the company – are the things she is proudest of in life.

After earning a Bachelor of Marketing and Operations from the HEC, working in Paris, and a stint as VP Sales and Marketing, she spent a winter in Mont-Tremblant and never left. It was the perfect place to jump into a challenging new project in a superb environment.

Pascale loves eating well and being active out of doors. When combining the two, she opts for the varied lunch menu at La Sandwicherie, the lasagna (perfect for takeout) from Milles Pâtes, baked goods from La Perle Noire, après-ski comfort foods at P’tit Caribou, and the onion soup at Microbrasserie La Diable.

A former competitive swimmer, a lover of travel and costume parties, Pascale enjoys the things in life that delight the childlike heart.
