In 2018, after three years spent working closely with the Versants team, Sébastien became a co-owner of the agency. The team’s energy, working shoulder to shoulder with a fellow broker, and the potential for growth were all factors that prompted him to take the plunge.
A Canadian champion in Alpine Combined alongside his sister in 2013 in Tremblant, he grew up surrounded by people who loved skiing with a passion. It’s also his love for the sport that led him to move to Mont-Tremblant.
Always looking for fresh challenges and projects, and well-established in his community, Sébastien soon became co-owner of the Le p’tit Caribou bar. This Mont-Tremblant landmark was voted the best après-ski bar in North America for 10 years running by Ski Canada Magazine and is ranked by Forbes as the fourth best ski bar in the world.
His thirst for new horizons also led him into real estate in 2010, and it wasn’t long before he distinguished himself by being named 2011 provincial recruit of the year by Royal Lepage. Sébastien is known for being generous with his time, his impressive stores of real estate knowledge, his rational manner, and his flair for interpersonal relations. Oh, and also his love of classic rock!
For Sébastien, the good life in this region means patronizing local businesses and connecting with residents who can give the best advice. His top recommendations are Le p’tit Caribou, Scandinave Spa, and the trails on the Verte, Nez-de- l’Indien and la Chouette mountains, which lead to spectacular views.
